Reigate Priory hosted West Fulham at Park Lane in a must-win game, in their fight to avoid relegation. The home side rode their luck in the first half, West Fulham having a goal disallowed, teenage fullback Harry Wilkinson hitting his own bar in a crowded box and Mark Halsey saving well in a one on one situation. But it was the home side that took the lead shortly after the break when debutant Tom Davies’ shot fell kindly for Jason Woolsey to fire past the goalkeeper from just inside the box. But the away side equalised within a minute when Dan Lewis bullied the Priory defence and his close range effort deflected off Harry Wilkinson and into the net. But Priory grabbed a late winner when Shane O’Keeffe intercepted the goalkeeper’s clearance and squared to Jason Woolsey to turn in from close range and secure the Reigate side a valuable three points. Priory host local rivals Frenches Athletic at home in their final game of the season this Saturday and a win should give them real hope of survival.
